Possibly the main reason for my dissappointment: I think the colourways are so lovely and at their best on their own…

After taking the photos I was suprised by how much better the colours looked in comparison to real life. Then I realised that for the first time I was viewing the shawl from further away, and the impression was so different simply because of that. It’s funny but I’m happier now I’ve seen the photos even though I still don’t like some of the colours in “close-up”.

Anyway, the shawl has other good qualities. It’s large yet does not weight much, and I especially like the long asymmetric shape.
