Pu 68 sts for sleeve because I knit armhole longer by 1/2-3/4” extra. (10 sts at 1:1 ratio at bottom of armhole.)
Gauge 5.5/7.5 per in. Before blocking. After- 5/7

Follow directions for third size on sleeve cap and decreases.
