I deliberately chose a heavier yarn than recommended, and knitted on needles 2,5 to get a dense feel to them.The pattern and diagrams are superb. Very clear instructions.
The stitch definition is great with this yarn, and the mittens came out a men’s size as I expected them to. I will definitely knit this pattern again in a finer yarn, and probably move the thumbs to the other side of the mitten, to get the palm pattern on the outside.
