8/29/2014 - Bought yarn today…love the color. Will swatch tonight and possible cast on…depends on how swatching goes.

More to come on this eventually. Just have to say, for my first time as a test knitter it was a wonderful experience. AND I learned that I could knit a sweater in two weeks…even after I screwed up by not reading properly - who knew?!?!

It was a wonderful pattern and experience.

Now that the pattern has been release, time to gush. I adored this whole experience. That pattern was well thought out and the actual set up of the instructions was brilliant….no highlighter needed.

As far as sweaters go, this is a quick knit. Granted, I was under a deadline, but it would still be a quick sweater without the deadline. The pattern had enough interest that I wasn’t stuck in stockinette hell.

Strongly recommend this pattern. It would be a great first sweater project
