8-8-17 - done! gave the whole thing another long soak (oops almost two hours because I forgot about it for a while) and it’s drying. LOVE the way it looks on the mat!

8-7-17 - and whoosh - the two underarms took me just over an hour. all that’s left is ends + buttons.

8-6-17 - spent FIVE hours setting in the two sleeves. love the way they turned out, but whoa, it was tough going.

8-3-17 - seamed the shoulders and knit the neckband. soon…. I’ll finish!

7-26-17 - bought buttons. thinking about seaming.

7-25-17 - right front finished. all the pieces blocked. found some alpaca/silk yarn to use for seaming.

7-21-17 - finished the left front - one more piece to go!

7-18-17 - finished the back (hah! apparently this project took a back seat for a while - I finished a shawl and two other sweaters since I started this one!) and started the left front.

6-20-17 - 2nd sleeve and half the back done - added 8 rows to each sleeve and I’m going to add that same number to the body, too.

6-14-17 - finished the sleeve and blocked - and yay! it matches the schematic. on to sleeve #2!

6-12-17 - adding 8 rows before the sleeve cap shaping. I have longish arms and if my gauge is a little tight, I’ll need that extra length. fingers crossed. so far, LOVE the yarn - it’s really soft and the tweedy effects are delightful in the stockinette fabric.

6-11-17 - think I can make the gauge work, but decided to knit a sleeve (or two) to check.
