2-28-16 - and now all done! FO photos soon (I hope)

2-25-16 - on a finishing kick today! wove in the ends and blocked.

2-19-16 - added the neck and button bands. now just have ends to weave in and buttons to sew on.

2-6-16 - finished the body for the 4th time…finally think it’s right! I followed the shaping per the pattern, but started it at about 14-1/2” instead of 16”.

1-31-16 - finished the sleeves. ripped back the body again (3rd time)

1-12-16 - separated the sleeves (knit to pattern - no adjustments) and I’m almost ready for the first side increase. LOVE the pattern. but whoa, the yarn is a pain!

1-10-16 - decided this yarn (nubby texture and four strands) needed to be a very simple sweater … like this one!

a note on the yarn - knitting with it was not fun: it split like crazy and the four separate strands would feed out of the ball at different rates. but it blocked out beautifully. I upgraded my one-star rating to three. I wouldn’t recommend seeking this yarn out, but if you have it sitting in your stash, don’t be afraid to use it!
