Made a lot of simple calculation changes for gauge etc.

Bound off around neck before puk the stitches in order to reinforce and stabilize the collar. Didn’t fold it over.

Widened the stripes to 9 mc rows and 7 cc rows

Redid arms - starting 2/7/24

Reinforced some areas with hand-surging

The handfelter was expensive, but VERY worth it.

Used some bright multicolored silk-wrapped-paper yarn my mom got me years ago. Knit Collage’s yarn is so lovely - I’m pleased with how it turned out and just love the colors and little flowers, etc. I also love my 3 yarn combo for the mc.

sort-of advice:
. don’t make the magic ball all at once at the beginning of the project - make it a little at a time during the first CC stripe. This way you’ll know how much of what you want, and where you want it
