Shawl #3 2016

I’m a loose knitter so I’m using #3’s. Will be using Charlotte as the MC and alternating CC by doing 1 repeat with Headboard and 2 in Silver Linings

Only took about 3 days of actual knitting! :)

Notes

• Cast on using MC for first garter tab and 1st 2 set up rows then switched to CC1 (Headboard) for next 2 for pattern consistency
• Did 18 repeats of section 1 because I thought I was running low on MC and I figured that being a loose knitter, the blocking would still get me final measurements
• Because of the fewer repeats I adjusted the first row of ribbing for the border: p2, kfb, p2, k6 [p4, k6] to 9 before marker, p4, k4, kfb mirrored this on other side

Worked edge as follows

• 7 rows MC
• 3 rows CC1
• 2 rows CC2
• 3 rows CC1
• 7 rows MC

CC1: 36g / 132y
CC2: 55g / 202y
Total: 224g / 827y
