Whew!!! I’ll be honest, this shawl is a bit difficult to knit. The nupps are fairly easy because I have this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRGVsd3Hy4M which is a great help. Although for some reason I keep dropping stitches.
Safety lines are a must, which I have ripped back to a few times.
I’m spinning 19.5 micron merino top as I go along which is quite nice to spin.

Today I have taken the shawl off the blocks, it is finished!! I certainly have learned to knit estonian lace by the time this is said and done. Turns out it isn’t as difficult as I had first thought! I’m glad I tried it.
