8/1/11: This is such a fun pattern! I only have five sad li/ttle hexipuffs right now, but it’s a great portable project to fill up bus commutes and waiting rooms with.
I have lots of turquoise, lime, and grey in my scrap stash, but I’ve ordered a pack of pink Koigu mill ends and I’ll be adding some white and yellow, too. Fun!
I want it big enough for my big bed, so it’s going to take a while.

9/16/11: Up to 40 puffs now. I’m totally running out of steam. I’m a slow knitter, too. I’m envious that people who started their puffs weeks later than I are already over the 100 puffs mark.

10/9/12: So…what with school and the wedding and all, I haven’t knit on this since January…but I sat down and busted out 13 puffs these past couple days, which brings the running total to 60. If every day were like this, I’d be done by Thanksgiving. :p
