I made this as a sample for For Yarns Sake of a possible pattern for the colorwork class. I only made one mitten so yarn amounts are reflective of a single mitten.

I liked this pattern, but there a many places were long floats are required so you have to do a lot of twisting your yarns.

As always, the Spud and Chloe Fine was amazing to work with. I love this yarn. It is so sturdy and has such great stitch definition, plus the colors are awesome. It can feel a little “crunchy” to work with because of the silk but it gets wonderfully soft after washing.
