I made this for my bother. He actually did like it, he just refuses to smile for photos. I couldn’t find a color like the red in Jayne’s hat in the Tweed so I double stranded the Heilo and it worked really well. My brother’s only complaint is that the earflaps come a bit close to his eyes. If I make a 3rd hat I’ll take the earflaps in a few stitches.
