I put that this took me from the 4th to the 5th to finish but that’s just because I started it at 11:30 at night and finished it at 1:45 in the morning. This was my first stranded colorwork in the round. This project helped me discover that I’m terrible at knitting with my left hand. It was fun though and I easily have enough yarn left over to make one more maybe two. I’ve used the shine before and it’s as soft as ever (though I now know from experience that it looses it’s softness, and some of it’s “shine” over time/many washings). This is the first time I’ve used Main Line and of course since it’s been discontinued I love it! The Merino gives the cotton exactly what it needs not to feel like you’re knitting with cotton. I’ll have to see if I can snag some more out of someone’s destash.

The second photo is much more true to the real color of the yarn. I made this for Kathy in the admissions office who I have worked with for the past 4 years.
