Notes

Cut it very close with these. Only had 0.2 ounces of yarn left. I knew there wasn’t a lot of yardage on the cone so I made the legs shorter than I normally do. Normally I go for a 6 - 7 inch leg, these only have a 5 inch leg.

This yarn is thicker than a standard fingering weight, more akin to a sport. Knit on 1.5 needles the fabric is very dense. I’m hoping this will make them nice and long wearing.

Updated photos taken 9 years later. These have been super sturdy! They still look brand new. They are very warm, but they aren’t snuggly-soft. The density of the knitting makes them practically stand on their own when they are wet, but it has also made them last through many many trips through the washer without any signs of wear at all.
