I made this as a store sample for For Yarn’s Sake since we didn’t have anything made from the Tumble. I added the giant pom pom because I think the hat needed it to balance out the bulkiness of the rest of the hat.

I also chose to knit this in the round rather than knit it flat and seam it. Seriously, who seams a hat?

The pattern is Tala in the Rowan booklet Easy Winter Knits. This took about three hours to make.
