We’ve been whisking up a batch of lemon curd this week!

This pattern couldn’t be sweeter and the tunic is so flattering with a, dare I say it, slightly vintage feel to it. This is the second time I have made it -

and it’s lovely to see how my sweet just-turned-three-years-old daughter has grown since our summer holidays in Brittany.

Again I opted for a pocketless version; I like things streamline but apart from that I followed the pattern to the letter. With four skeins of Lark I had just enough yarn to knit the 5/6 years size (I think it’s fair to say that French sizes are smaller than British and American ones). Erring on the side of caution I made the sleeves an inch shorter although there was just enough yarn.

It was the perfect quick knit to follow on from my longwinded Driftwood wrap.
