146 grams Maus Jung - link because they are the lightest maus jung I’ve ever seen - used 116 grams (had 30 grams left)
154 grams Amethyst dark used 140 gram left with 14 grams
256 grams in total.
5 cm when starting Sleepe cap I.
It has been a long while since I last enjoyed a knit as much as this one. Loving it so far! But to keep track of the rows (colorchanges) I am making notes.
How cool are the arms? Looking forward to try it on once I have finished them :)
I repeated row 1 in part two 7 times (the pattern is now updated)
I had 57 stitches for the sleeves (I should have had 55 - but I did have 306 stitches total as stated so I don’t know what I did). So I casted on 5+5 new stitches under each arm instead of 4+4.
I am already starting to think about making another and I am not finished with my first :c)
After separating arms from the body I knitted 18 rows. Increased and knitted 17 rows, increased again and knitted 17 etc - 4 increases total just like the pattern states. 228 stitches total. Added 1 grey and 14 purple at the end to add length.
I did notice the arms are curling abit so instead of garter stitch on the edge of the body I will knit 2x2 rib. I had 39 grams of Amethyst dark when I was finished with the body so hopefully I will get a long rib at the end.
25 rows of rib. Last row I changed to 4.5mm needles and binded off 2x2 like the ribbing.
Better pictures to come.
Arms to not curl after wash. Next time I will make it slightly longer and have longer rib. Love it! And I hope to have even better pictures later on :)
