Nov 11: It’s Remembrance Day, and I felt like knitting something red as a poppy. Just finished making the “Through the Woods” hood, and conveniently have two balls of leftover yarn from that lot, so am going for the matching cuffs. Next question… who gets these juicy tidbits for Christmas??

Feb 25: Decided to spend Saturday morning finishing up this long abandoned project. Think I will keep these for myself! Nice length, a bit cozy since I used much smaller needles than the pattern called for, but I have freakishly small wrists so it’s all good.

Note: this is really a one or two day project. Should never have taken me 3 months to do, but I lost the bag for a while, and only uncovered it when moving yarn to my Mom’s house.
