These are going to be some bullet proof socks! The yarn is 2x2 cable plied handspun, sport/dk weight and I’m knitting on #1s.

This is my first serious project with my handspun. The yarn is a bit rope-y but the knitted fabric softened quite a bit after washing/blocking. I wasn’t sure these would be wearable but I think they’ll be ok. The toe is a little funny on my foot though I don’t know why. I’m blaming the yarn because the pattern is gorgeous.

I love this pattern so much! It looks way more complicated than it is.
