I really do seem to have a bad case of startitis this week…

I’m unclear about my yardage. I seem to have more than I thought - more than I need for the scarf size, but I am sure I have insufficient for the shawl size. So I split the difference and I’ll knit until it runs out

In retrospect, I might have done a scarf and a hat to go with it… but since the Vibrotis, I am a bit taken with extra large scarves.

The yarn is fantastic. Like knitting a cuddle.

UPDATE: 8th September. Into my twelfth repeat. The scarf asks for 15 repeats, the shawl for 19 - I cast on midway on the width so may go for 17… so I am either nearly done, or about two-thirds of the way there. I’ll probably stop when I get fed up.
