I had plenty enough leftover yarn (just over 100 g) to make two newborn hats for the twins due almost any day now. (Update: born 8/30/2009!) So I made a third for another baby on the way.

The hats sort of match the two pairs of bibs I already made for the twins.

Mods: The pattern calls for one row of purls and four rows of stockinette for each stripe (after the base stripe). I knit one extra row for the first two hats. Third hat, I’m really getting to the last bits of yarn, so I’m knitting until the yarn runs out or I feel like changing colors.

Super-cute little hats! And three hats in less than one week ain’t too shabby.
