I’ve adapted the Starflower pattern by Jeannie Cartmel to create a six stitch decorative panel on each side of the leg from just above the ankle

Abbreviations
K1wr2 K one stitch by wrapping the yarn around the needle twice so that two loops are created.
Sl1pw drw Slip one stitch purl wise and drop the extra loop.
This creates a stitch with an elongated loop
CB CF Hold the number of stitches indicated at the Back or Front as stated
YO Yarn Over is standard abbreviation.
DrYO Drop the Yarn Over created in previous row to the back of your work
