This ball started with the scrubby texture, so I doubled it back against the smooth cotton and used that for the beginning of the cloth. I had to go up from 5.0mm to 5.5mm hook for the part of the cloth that was doubled. Then I changed down to 5.0mm hook for the remainder of the cloth. The smaller 2nd cloth started with smooth yarn, so I didn’t need to double up at the cast-on.

I have a friend who loves these in the shower - she says they are the very best for exfoliating and refreshing her skin. She likes them much better than the nylon poufs that I use. Maybe I should save one of these for me!
