10/5 -- Reached the midpoint of the garter section. After 76 stripes of Fig Eater, have 85 grams left.

7/23/13 -- Resurrecting!
8/21/13 -- halfway through the lace bit
9/8/13 -- Knit through Row 7 of Chart C for lace.
9/9/13 -- Note: try NOT to have your circular cable break when you are 90% through picking up stitches around the entire perimeter of the shawl. Also, using a DPN for the bindoff helps a lot.

After blocking: 80” wide, 24” deep.

NOTE: If I were to do this again, I’d add a few rows of garter stitch in the CC after the lace to combat the fabric rolling before the picot edge.
