Maybe you can see in the pictures, but I keep messing up the pattern. I must be repeating a row instead of working evenly through the four row pattern repeat. I’ve definitely got right/wrong side sections flipping back and forth. I don’t want to tink back, though. I think I’ll just call this a design element…. : )

Finished just in the nick of time!

Some notes on how it went:
Once I became more monogamous towards this project I was able to stay consistent with following the pattern steadily and stopped messing up the rows. When I did mess up, I’d catch myself and was able to tink back and correct the row before completing it.

I feel like if I would’ve use a sharper point with my needles I could’ve moved a bit faster through the project. My standard Denise interchangeables were good, but they were a bit too blunt for this sock yarn and slowed me down.

The yarn was great to work with; soft, manageable and wasn’t splitty. It feels great against my skin, too.
