Notes

I created this blanket to coordinate with a quilt made for the baby. The elephant and bird are crocheted appliques I created to match the graphics on the quilt fabric. The flowers are from Nicky Epstein’s 350 Knitted Embellishments book. The heart is from a free pattern here on Ravelry (Heart Applique). I used Red Heart Lustersheen for the hearts and the bird.

I will be creating a basic pattern for the afghan with different animals to applique, in the near future.
