Embroidered Entrelac Cowl.

longtail co 120 stitches, join.
k1 p1 ribbing, knitting through back loop for 4 rows.
Setup for Entrelac blocks, 5 stitches wide per block.
Do 12 rows of full blocks.
Do 1 row of half blocks to level back out, then 3 more rows of ribbing.
Cast off in ribbing pattern.
Decorate.

All done now but taking the really nice contest photo for finished item and the person wearing it shot. I think I want to put a lining in it though, so that it stands up better, and am thinking of using a pirate themed print fleece for the lining with some stiffening backing thrown in as well. I think I might have time to do that before I have to turn in the contest photos. We’ll see.

Over all though, VERY HAPPY with this.
