For my cousin’s preemie. She’s not yet 5 pounds; I’m hoping that when this gets to her, she’ll be right at the right size. Or too big for it! This is maybe the only fiber project I’ve done where I’m hoping for that, though I know it’s unlikely.

Messed up spacing on the buttonholes, but that’s OK--it still looks nice even if they’re a little uneven.

Tried out my Karbonz size 4 fixed circs (received in a giveaway) with this one. I rather like them. Expensive, sure, but--I do have a birthday coming up. ;) I have favored metal so far, but I think I could easily get used to carbon fiber.

For reference, in the photo Baby C. has made it up to 6lb 3oz! Hooray C! Keep growing!

Update: Unfortunately, C’s genetic issues were too much--she passed away at 10 weeks old on March 29, 2015. We’ll miss you, baby girl.
