Apparently my gloves have gone missing along with my winter coat. So I will good and well do some stashbusting while making myself something good, instead of just settling for whatever cheapies I can find.

Very Important Note for when I get to glove #2: Apparently I have long hands, so after the gusset goes onto scrap yarn there are 15 rows instead of 12.

Did I do the buttonhole row backwards or something? It looks like the buttons are going to wind up on the inside of my wrist, which is weird.

Finished, wove ends in, wore them proudly the next day… only to discover that I had trimmed one end a little too close and the index finger tip on one glove was coming unraveled. Oops! Other than that, I think they’ll work nicely.

If I were to use this pattern again, I think I’d go down a needle size and up a glove size for a tighter knit. My purls are pretty loose, so that would help make the fabric more what it was intended to be.
