Starting another pair of totem pole socks out of more scrap yarns. Cast on 68.
Sock 1
Colour 1 - Purple, Green, Brown
- K1, P1 ribbing for cuff
- Stockinette for rest of Colourway
Colour 2 - Purple, Yellow, Brown
- K5, SL1, PSSO - knit through slipped sitch again so it slips over 2 (not a decrease) - This creates a wrapping swirl pattern.
Colour 3 - Blue, Pink, Green, Purple
- K 4 rounds
- P 4 rounds
- Repeat to end of colourway
Colour 4 - Eggplant Purple

Only on the front of the sock - across 18 stitches x 2 - both front DPNs -- One 12-row repeat of the lace pattern from http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/snowflake-lace-socks

Next section designed to make a stem so on the fornt of the sock it will look like a flower, intricate like a snowflake and the following 2 rows repeated makes the stem:
