This was a commissioned project for my boss. She wanted me to make her exactly the owl that Adriana made, and I think I came pretty close!

This was my first time working with Vickie Howell’s Sheep(ish), and also my first time working with a single ply yarn. I loved it! The only issue I had was that it sort of untwists itself while I sewed the pieces on, so I had to be really careful. I love the stitch definition on it though! And the colors are perfect!

I attached the face circles so that the tops were loose again. And I’ll repeat what I said in the last Nelson I made: make sure you leave a long tail of both colors on the head or body!
