My aunt loves the first one I made so much, that she asked for more! She said it works better than the store-bought refills!

I’m using up some old acrylic yarn in my stash. To make the Extra-Long version, I started with a chain of 63 and then followed the pattern for the base. When I got to the rounds I worked them like this:

RND 1-2: follow the pattern
RND 3: short sides: sc2tog until two past corners
long sides: sc 15, sc2tog three times, sc until two before corner
RND 4: short sides: sc2tog on corner
long sides: sc 14, sc2tog three times, sc until corner
RND 5: short sides: sc2tog on corner
long sides: sc across

STRAP: Ch 20, sl st in 5th chain from hook, sl st down chain

I added the button straps during the fifth round. I divided the sides in thirds and marked with stitch markers where I wanted the straps. Then when I got to that stitch, I worked the strap instructions (above). Then simply join back to your round with the next single crochet.
