Baby boy is due in just over 3 weeks… and this is the first part of a knitted menagerie that I am making to dangle over baby’s cot as a mobile. Each animal is around 5-6” tall, including the legs.

The patterns are adapted from a book of knitted egg cosies by Susie Johns (see pattern link for the bunny cosy). The heads are more or less knitted as designed but the lower bodies and legs are improvised and stuffed. Also I knit everything in the round, where possible, instead of following the flat instructions.
