Notes

This was made on request for my sister, who wanted a 20s-ish beanie with a flower. It’s a nice easy pattern to follow. I knit it in the round, added a few more rows of ribbing, and used my own knitted flowers, but otherwise followed the pattern as instructed.

The hat is being modelled here by my friend kittycrochet, who really knows how to “smeyes”! (or is that meant to be “Smize”?)

It’s now ready to be posted off to sis.

The yarn is rather nice - soft and warm, but not itchy. (I guess that is due to the blend of alpaca and cotton)
