Less than 24 hours after finishing my first Adrift, I’ve cast another one on! This one is in fingering weight, so I’m knitting the pattern for the 3rd size, but at a gauge of 21.5 stitches to 4 inches. The resultant fabric on 4mm needles is gorgeous!

Mid-May update (around about 10-5-13, I think): Argh! Run out of cherry with one row of final stripe to go! Tried to live with one row in final line, but couldn’t do have decided to undo cast on edge and pull back the first six rows and use this. However I did. Cable cast on. Undoing this is verrrrrrry sloooooooow. Ground to halt in the middle and will now put it by to focus on finished items for Thame Show.
