  • skein is 118 grams. Sock 1 weighs 59 grams. I had just enough yarn for the second sock.
  • 9 rows twisted rib on cuff then increase row
  • 4 reps + 9 rows
  • 25 rows for heel flap
  • picked up 13 + 1
  • cuff + 2 repeats = 3.25”
  • after 7 repeats (and 2 rows after down to 66sts), 77 grams left (41 grams knit and 18 grams left for first sock)
  • did 10 full repeats and on the last row of the 10th rep, M1 instead of YO.
  • decreased till 13sts on each needle and then kitchener.
  • After getting to the heel, i am finally into this pattern and am looking forward to finishing the first sock and starting #2. Can’t say i will do another patterned sock for a while though. These are gorgeous but there are other things i would rather be knitting.
