The final challenge I tackled for Oct T9 Nerd Wars was the Nerdology challenge - What the Heck is a LARP? Well…that’s, uh, a good question. I’d never heard the term before, so I had to do a bit of research.

Obviously, I’d never done any live action role playing before, but when I looked into it, I found a lot of high fantasy LARPs. Right. Up. My. Alley. Our home library is full of fantasy books; I’m partial to those depicting magic. So if I were to LARP, I would definitely be a mage. And what mage doesn’t need a handy bag to hold that essential spell ingredient?
