I shortened the vest to start at the natural waist, though obviously I didn’t shorten it enough. I think it still looks nice, and my wonderful partner gave me tons of compliments on it.

I moved around the bust and back shaping.

Now that I’m looking at my notes here on Ravely I think I went up a needle size instead of down for the ribbing. You can tell in the pictures of the back. I might sew a tuck in the corners of the back ribbing. We’ll see.

6/11 - Tied in ends after casting off neck band and kitchenering the button placket together. I also finished the second arm somewhere in here.

6/1 - Cast off first arm hole ribbing, after ripping it out the first time.

5/25 - Finished right front.

5/23 - Finished the back, started AND finished left front, wove in some ends.

5/11 - Split for front and back.
