Swatch done over 40 stitches
Gauge = 8.6 sts & 11.4 rows / inch on US 2

I was aiming for 8.5 sts/ 10 rows, so my stitch gauge is close enough, but I may have to do a couple of extra rows to get the right length. I try to avoid this issue is SM, but there’s only so much you can do. I reserve the right to change my yarn choice when the pattern is released.

The cables on this pattern pull in a lot. I wish my gauge were closer to 8 sts per inch for a more comfortable fit.

Started cast-on about 7:30 3/24/12
