Using Grumperina's method for cabling without a cable needle.

Mods

• cuff 17 r rib,
• leg Colourwork Chart r 1-33 + Cable Chart r 1-8 four times,
• heelflap 36 r stockinet over 40 st (not moving BOR), round heel,
• gussets picked up 21+1 on each side, decreased every second r until 40 st left on sole, purl the first st all the way down,
• instep Cable Chart r 1-8 eleven times + r 1-6 (no colourwork),
• toe decreased every second r until 32 st left then every r until 8 left.
