Making CDD like this: slip 2tog knitwise, slip 1 knitwise, knit these 3 stitches together through the backloop.

Mods

• 2-round stripes, cuff MC, heels & toes CC,
• followed this advice and wraped the yarn twice around the needle when knitting the stitch that will be slipped on the next round,
• leg 22 stripes,
• heelflap 32 r plain stockinet, knit first and lift last st on all r, picked up 17 st for each gusset and knit these through the backloop on the next r,
• foot 38 stripes + 1 r in CC,
• toe decreased every third r until 32 st left then every r until 8 left, cut yarn and pulled through.
