Mods

• followed this advice and wraped the yarn twice around the needle when knitting the stitch that will be slipped on the next round,
• cuff purl 1 r + chart + purl 1 r + knit 1 r decreasing 2 st on the purl r,
• leg 23 2-r stripes,
• heel flap 36 r stockinet decreasing 2 st on r 2 & 4, round heel,
• picked up 21 + 1 st on each side for gussets, decreased every third r until 30 st left on sole,
• instep 38 stripes + 1 r MC, decreased 2 st on third & sixth r after finishing gusset decreases = 30 st on instep,
• toe decreased every third r until 32 st left then every r until 8 left, cut yarn and pulled through.
