Would have prefered to have had all sections charted instead of this mix of charts and written directions which always makes me worry I’m missing something.

Using Grumperina's method for cabling without a cable needle.

Used 2.5mm needles for cuff and first pattern repat, 2.25 for the reminder.

• leg 4 r garter + Chart 1 r 1-16 twice + r 1 + 3 r garter + Section 2 r 1-2 ten times + 4 r garter,
• heelflap 32 r stockinet, round heel,
• gussets picked up 19+1 st on each side, decreased every second r until 36 st left on sole,
• instep (did not move a stitch from sole so adjusted charts) G chart r 1-9 twice + r 1-2 + 3 r garter + F chart 1 r 1-6 three times + r 1 + 3 r garter + F chart 2 r 1-8 twice + r 1 + 3 r garter + G chart r 1-9 + r 1-2 + 3 r garter + 2 r stockinet,
• toe decreased every second r until 32 st left then every r until 8 left,
• mirrored second sock.
