I was getting so tired of the mess in my needle bin and knitting these three proved to be the perfect solution. They’re both pretty and useful. I’ve backed them with oilcloth to make them a little sturdier.

Timeline
2014-09-02: I’m not bothering with any borders since I’m planning on putting on fabric backing.
It’s a pity this yarn is so hard and unforgiving to knit with because this is looking really nice.
2014-09-07: Finished the roll for the smaller needles and began one for the larger needles.
2014-09-11: Finished the second roll and yay! I have enough yarn to make one for my straight needles too.
Started on the third roll.
2014-09-13: Grrr, I can’t count. I do not have enough for the third roll. Only for half of it. I should be able to scrape together enough similar scraps to finish it though. /keeps fingers crossed/
2014-09-16: Finished the knitting, yay!
2014-09-19: Went with oilcloth for the backing. Sewing it on was really easy.
