Looks like I’m back to knitting much tighter on sleeves. Gauge 19x26 with 4.5mm needles while I get 18x24 with 4mm needles for body. Using 3.5mm needles for rib on both sleeves and body.

Mods

• using lifted increases,
• sleeve cuff 9 r, only used r 42-55 of chart, then knit 35 r plain stockinet before first increase, increased every 6th r 9 times = 78 st, knit another 24 r, put 16 st on thread for underarm,
• body knit waist shaping as in pattern, shortrows as in Telja 3 pairs GSR before joining sleeves and 3 after, decreased 2 st on each sleeve to compensate for the different stitch gauge,
• yoke knit as pattern,
• collar decreased an extra time before starting to make it narrower.

Timeline
2020-08-04: Finished first sleeve.
2020-08-07: Started second sleeve.
2020-08-19: Putting the second sleeve aside until my sister has tried on the first one. Started on the body instead.
2020-08-27: Finished body (not shortrows). Continued on second sleeve.
2020-08-28: Finished second sleeve.
2020-08-29: Knit shortrows, joined sleeves and body, and started on yoke.
2020-09-03: Ran out of MC. Have ordered more but it won’t get here until next week.
2020-09-05: Yarn arrived! Finished yoke.
2020-09-06: Grafted underarm openings. Can’t start the high collar until my sister has tried it on.
2020-09-11: Started on the collar.
2020-08-14: Finished!
