It’s been so long since I knitted socks that wasn’t stranded I’m not sure how many st to cast on. Will start with 68 and see where that takes me.

Mods

• only 15 rows ribbing for cuff,
• leg & foot after gusset both 4 pattern repeats,
• heel flap and toe with MC in pattern,
• on the second sock knit heel on needle 1 & 2,
• knit first and slip last st purlwise with yarn in front on heel flap,
• did not move BOR after finishing turning the heel, instead cut and reattached MC at start of flap so I wouldn’t have to decrease on different rounds,
• knit picked up st through the backloop on the next round,
• toe decreases every other round until 36 st left then every round until 8 left.
