SKA cast-on post: #232

Mods

• made leg only 11.5 cm (59 rows) so cast on only 69 st and skipped the decreases,
• knit first and slipped last st pwise with yarn in front on the heel flap + made it in plain stockinet,
• moved BOR to side of foot when picking up for gusset,
• knit picked-up st through the back-loop on the first round,
• did gusset decreases every other round,
• made 8 pattern repeats before starting end section,
• after end of chart knitted 13 rows before starting toe decreases,
• toe decreases every other round until 36 st left then every until 8 left - first two decreases only on sole to even up number of stitches between sole and instep.

2017-09-29: Finished first sock and started on the second.
2017-10-05: Finished the second sock!
