Piece ruffling/pulling in pretty badly. Changed the following rnds as follows:

Rnd 11: {In both lps (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) corner, in BLO hdc in next 10, in both lps dc in next 5, in BLO hdc in next 10} around. (116 sts, 4 ch-1 sp)
Rnd 12: {In both lps (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) corner, in BLO dc in next 13, in both lps dc in next 3, BLO hdc in next 13} around. (132 sts, 4 ch-1 sp)
Rnd 14: {(3 sc) corner, sk 1st, sc next 3, sc2tog, sc next 3, sc next 13, sc2tog, sc next 3, sc2tog, sc next 3, sk last} around.
