Mods:
- knit in the round
- steeked armholes as well as neck
- knit only 4 rows of ribbing at armholes, not 8
- to achieve thicker stripes, instead of alternating btwn 2 colors, I alternated between 2 balls of SAME color, spit-splicing instead of carrying up side as I went

7/23/10: Finished the neck edging! (BO w/ #7US)
7/22/10: Picked up the stitches all the way around the neck opening & knit 3 rows of the ribbing.
7/21/10: Little bit of a break there, but today I’m extending the front to be longer and binding off shoulders.
6/12/10: STEEKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6/5/10: Finished neck decreases. Measures 18”.
5/30/10: Finished armhole decreases.
4/23/10: Measures 15”.
4/22/10: Sat for awhile while I figured out how to do the armholes (thx, Jacey!). Decided to do them like the neck steek, but only decrease 8x.
4/14/10: I’m about 2.5” into the neck steek sts.
4/12/10: Doh. Didn’t read the pattern properly: should have started steeks already. Ripped back to ~10” & added steek stitches.
4/11/10: Measures 12”.
4/8/10: Measures 10”.
4/6/10: Measures 8.5”.
4/3/10: Cast on 200 sts. Work 4x1 rib. Measures 5”.
4/2/10:I’m getting about 24-25 sts/in on #6 needles, & I like the fabric density, so I’ll just knit 1 size down from my usual; making 36” version. Hopeully this will give me some negative ease.
