freeform crochet resurrected for Ravelympics 2010

started this SO long ago (2006?) that I don’t even remember exact dates. I don’t do much crochet, as I have trouble with the patterns. but I have fun playing around once in awhile. I did this freeform, & realized that I made one of the earflaps too big; need to fix that. otherwise, a fun, warm hat.
